Faculty Course Access in Canvas

Faculty can access a Banner course in Canvas only if they are listed as the instructor of record in Banner and have an active Drexel user account and teaching appointment.

To comply with applicable laws and regulations, faculty members must have an active Drexel user account and an active teaching appointment at the University.

Temporary user IDs and TA-level access have been provided in the past, but these options are no longer permitted. Faculty members who need access to a course should contact their dean’s office for guidance.
