OVERVIEW OF SERVICE
Through the Software Center application for Drexel-owned PCs, faculty and professional staff can download necessary software and receive software and security updates from Drexel IT. Software Center is deployed to freshly imaged and reimaged Windows machines.
This service is only available to Drexel-owned and managed PCs.

- Remote resolution of many technical issues
GETTING STARTED
To verify that you have the Software Center application installed, navigate to Start > All Programs/All Apps > Microsoft System Center. From there, install the software you need. Updates are automatically applied.
If you do not see Software Center installed, or have other questions, please contact Help Desk IT using the request here and please include your Computer Name in the submission.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The software listed may differ from user to user, depending on departmental needs and level of permission.
Note: Access to the Software Center requires connection to the Drexel VPN.
