Microsoft 365 Storage Limits

To ensure Microsoft 365 resources remain available for all users, storage limits are applied to mailboxes and OneDrive accounts based on account type.

These quotas are subject to change. Users who approach or exceed their storage limits may experience restrictions on sending and receiving email or storing additional files in OneDrive.
