If you wish to proceed on Forwarding:

  • Sign in to portal.office.com using a web browser on a computer - this does not work on mobile devices.
  • Click the gear icon near the upper right of the page. In the Settings panel that appears, look for the Your App Settings near the bottom. Click Mail.
  • On the Outlook Settings tab that appears in your browser, scan down for the Mail section, then Accounts, then Forwarding.

You may have previously self-registered yourself for access to Office 365 by creating your own account. You may have done this so you could receive Microsoft Office for free.

In preparation for offering a wider array of Office 365 services, Microsoft accounts that end with “@drexel.edu” are being linked to the actual accounts at Drexel. This means that the Office 365 website and Office apps will use the same Drexel account name and password that you use with most other Drexel services - instead of the self registered account.

If you're not able to log in, try logging in using the same password you use to log into Drexel services. If that does not work, please contact the IT Help Desk. and we can look at your account profile.

Contact the IT Help Desk. Let us know what types of files (OneDrive or OneNote) are missing, as well as much detail as possible, and we will investigate further.
