Overview
Use the Client Portal to view, comment on, or update your existing ticket requests.
Issue
- Go to the Client Portal at https://solutions.teamdynamix.com.
- In the top right corner, select Sign In.
- In the top left of the Client Portal home page, select View My Requests.
- Alternately, at the top of the page, select Services.
- On the sub-menu that appears, select Ticket Requests.
On this page, you can see all of your ticket requests. Use the filters at the top to view requests by status class, department, service, and more.
To view details about a request, click its name.
