Load Drexel Canvas Course Template

The Drexel Canvas Course Template is a starter kit for faculty to help them build out their course within Canvas.

If you are going to start building a course but would like some guidance with that process, you can copy in the Drexel Canvas Course Template into your course. It contains a selection of pre-made content, along with detailed instructions on how to navigate and complete your course.

To get the content copied into your Canvas course, follow these steps from within the course:

1. Select Import from Commons on the right side of the course.
2. Select Drexel Canvas Course Template within the list.
   • If you do not see this option, type "drexel canvas" into the search box.
3. Select Import/Download on the right side of the course.
4. Select the checkbox next to the course into which you would like the content copied.
5. Select Import into Course.

Be sure to give the process a few minutes to complete before reviewing the content.
