Body
Drexel provides different software and service licenses based on an employee's role and employment classification. The two most commonly assigned license types are Cloud + Email and Cloud + Desktop Apps.
Both licenses include Drexel email, Microsoft 365 apps for web and mobile, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and Zoom Pro. Cloud + Desktop Apps also includes Microsoft 365 desktop apps, Adobe Creative Cloud, and additional email and OneDrive storage.

Which license do I need?
Employees who use a Drexel-owned computer require Cloud + Desktop Apps.
If you do not use a Drexel-owned computer but need Microsoft 365 desktop apps or Adobe Creative Cloud to perform your job duties, your department may request the appropriate licensing based on your role and business requirements.
These licenses do not determine access to all Drexel-provided software. Other applications may be available based on your University affiliation.
