Report an issue in the Servicedesk Support Client Portal

Overview

There are a number of ways to report an issue in the Client Portal. When you request services through our Service Catalog, your request is automatically routed to the relevant team so we can get right to work.  You can Browse our Service Catalog or Search for different services.  If you are having a problem and are not sure of the service you can use our Report a Problem form.

Issue
  1. Go to the Client Portal at https://servicedesk.drexel.edu
  2. In the top right corner, select Sign In.
  3. Select Report a Problem button in the center of the page.
  4. From the list of contacts, select the team you are trying to contact, or choose Unsure/Drexel IT select a service that most closely resembles your issue.
  5. Provide a Subject, this will serve a short reference to your problem
  6. Fill out the Description, providing as much detail as possible.
  7. Let us know the best way to contact you, and at the bottom of the form, select Submit.

Note: It is highly recommended that you use a specific service page to request assistance, as using the generic Report an Issue service page may result in longer delays.
