OVERVIEW OF SERVICE
Drexel matriculated students and all paid Drexel faculty and professional staff are provided with email service through Microsoft Office 365. Microsoft 365 is the computer, mobile, and web-enabled suite of email, Office apps, and OneDrive file storage. With Microsoft 365, users also have access to Microsoft productivity apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and more) and collaboration tools (e.g. Teams, SharePoint and Zoom Pro). By request, departments can purchase these services for their Non-Employee Associates (NEAs) or other unlicensed Drexel users.

GETTING STARTED
Use the request form to provide information about the type of account and license that is needed. When providing a Drexel owned computer to an unpaid worker, it is required that a Cloud + Computer license be purchased.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Licenses for unlicensed accounts are purchased for the entire fiscal year and cannot be pro-rated. Chargebacks to the provided Fund/Org are subscription based and will be made at the close of the month the access is granted. The subscription will continue to be charged annually at the start of the next fiscal year (July) until cancelled by the department funding the license.
