OVERVIEW OF SERVICE

Drexel matriculated students and all paid Drexel faculty and professional staff are provided with email service through Microsoft 365. Microsoft 365 is the computer, mobile, and web-enabled suite of email, Office apps, and OneDrive file storage. With Microsoft 365, users also have access to Microsoft productivity apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and more) and collaboration tools (e.g. Teams, SharePoint and Zoom Pro). By request, departments can purchase these services for their Non-Employee Associates (NEAs) or other unlicensed Drexel users.

DESCRIPTION & FEATURES

Cloud & Email (cloud-only)

Cost: $65 person/year

Includes an @drexel.edu email and Zoom Pro.

Cloud + Computer

Cost: $155 person/year

Includes an @drexel.edu email, additional storage for email and OneDrive, Office apps for Windows/macOS, Zoom Pro, and Adobe Creative Cloud (with Acrobat). If you provide a Drexel-owned computer to an unpaid worker, a Cloud + Computer license is required.

Step-up

Cost: $90

If you have a Cloud + Email bundle, you can step up to the Cloud + Computer tier. Your department will be charged the difference for the first fiscal year, and the full Cloud + Computer cost per person/year after that.

CANCEL A SUBSCRIPTION

The subscription will continue to be charged annually at the start of the next fiscal year (July), until cancelled by the department funding the license. If you want to cancel a subscription to prevent further charges, go to Software License Cancellation.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Licenses for unlicensed accounts are purchased for the entire fiscal year and cannot be pro-rated. Chargebacks to the provided fund/org are subscription based and will be made at the close of the month the access is granted.
