Qualtrics is a robust, easy-to-use online survey solution, and is available at no cost to all faculty and staff at Drexel (and students who receive authorization from a faculty or staff member). Collaborate with other Drexel Qualtrics users to work together on a survey.

GETTING STARTED
Faculty and Professional Staff Access
Access Qualtrics through DrexelOne. Navigate Campus+Community > Technology Services.
Student Access
Drexel students can obtain a Qualtrics account by receiving authorization from a faculty or staff member. The faculty or staff member should submit a request here to get started. Once the request has been approved, the student will see a Qualtrics link appearing in DrexelOne under the Campus+Community tab, in the "Technology Services" channel and should follow the instructions above to create and access the account.

TRAINING SESSIONS
To access training materials for Qualtrics, go to support.qualtrics.com for a 5-step online training program as well as pre-recorded training videos. You can also find documentation, FAQs, and other resources throughout the site.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
In order to fully utilize the system, users will need to be on a computer (desktop or laptop). Limited functionality can be accessed through mobile devices and apps.
