OVERVIEW OF SERVICE
Drexel provides optional phone service and voicemail to students in residence halls if requested. Faculty and staff are provided office phones and access to many features including voicemail and conference calling.
DESCRIPTION & FEATURES
Residence Hall Service:
- Telephone line, dial tone, and jacks
- Voicemail access
- Shared number for each room
- Free calls to local exchanges and room-to-room
Office Phone Service:
- Voicemail access and indicator
- Transfer calls, call hold, and call waiting
- Multiple line display phones capable of supporting simultaneous incoming or outgoing calls

Telephone service for the New College and Bellet Buildings is provided by Tenet Healthcare. For assistance, please contact the Tenet Healthcare Help Desk (215-762-HELP).
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Per call charges and calling fees only apply to Drexel office phones. Phones provided by the University located in residence halls may call local numbers for free but cannot be used for long distance unless using a calling card.
