Drexel IT offers several Microsoft 365 add-on apps through an annual subscription with Microsoft. These on-demand apps are available for Microsoft 365-licensed faculty and professional staff through a departmental chargeback.

Copilot Premium (integrated with your apps and data)
Cost: $240 person/year
An AI-powered assistant integrated with Microsoft 365 apps, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams, that helps users create, analyze, communicate, and collaborate more effectively using natural language—while respecting organizational permissions and privacy.
Planner Premium
Cost: $75 person/year
Planner Premium adds task dependencies and milestones, timeline (Gantt) view, custom fields, goals tracking, AI assistance from Copilot, and other project management features to the basic Planner app in Teams.
Power BI Pro
Cost: $36 person/year
Power BI is Microsoft's business analytics platform that offers integrated tools and services to connect, visualize, and share data.
Teams Premium
Cost: $30 person/year
Teams Premium adds AI functions, such as meeting summaries, assigned tasks, and video chapters to recordings.
Visio Pro
Cost: $33 person/year
Diagramming software for flowcharts, data visualization, and integrated workflows.
