IT manages the access for various enterprise level administrative systems in conjunction with data owners and business analysts. Supervisors are responsible for the timely notification of employee and student worker terminations for prompt removal of access.

Requirements for access are dependent upon the system and data security classifications that the employee or student worker may have access to. Those requirements may include but are not limited to:
- Successful completion of required training
- Signed confidentiality agreement(s)
- Approvals of data owners, business analysts, and supervisors
