Report a Problem with Advance or Tableau
Use this service request to report an issue or unexpected behavior in Advance or Tableau. This includes problems that prevent you from accessing data, running reports, or using a report or dashboard as expected.
Submit this request if you experience:
- Errors, system messages, or performance issues
- Incorrect, missing, or outdated data in a report or dashboard**
- Filters, calculations, or visuals not working as expected
- Access or permission issues
When submitting your request, please include as much detail as possible such as the name of the report, screenshots, error messages, and steps to reproduce the issue. This helps us diagnose and address the problem quickly.
** If you've found the data on an Advance record is incorrect, such as an incorrect email address, please submit that to the Data Strategy and Records Management team via email to bioupdates@drexel.edu
