Overview
Drexel’s Institutional Advancement IT supports the University’s mission and strategic priorities of building and strengthening relationships with alumni, students, faculty, staff, civic leaders, friends, and foundation and corporate partners. Institutional Advancement IT maintains the CRM system and supports all IA staff, co-ops, and student employees.

Advancement Support handles all technological, communications, and security needs:
- Training and support for all installed applications
- Access and security for your device and Drexel services
- We will happily work with you and your team to provide guidance on the IT aspects of your project and act as liaison for other IT departments and Drexel IT to help assure your project's success.
- We work across all schools and departments to make sure you can get the tools you need to reach your goals.
- We are here to help you, in the moment and for the long haul.
