OVERVIEW OF SERVICE
Drexel’s Institutional Advancement IT supports the University’s mission and strategic priorities of building and strengthening relationships with alumni, students, faculty, staff, civic leaders, friends, and foundation and corporate partners. Institutional Advancement IT maintains the CRM system and supports all IA staff, co-ops, and student employees.

- Data and reporting needs for all philanthropic giving information on Drexel Alumni
- Customizations to the Advance CRM
- Integration services with any system that need giving or alumni data
- IA User Services
- Training and Support for all Institutional Advancement staff and select college partners
- Provide IT support to IA staff, co-ops, and student employees
